Hired these people to update our alarm system at a building in Santa Ana, CA, They were not the least expensive but thought they'd provide good service. Did not turn out that way. They lost their key employees and service went to crap. Ignored our calls, never contacted us in over 2 yrs and then sent us a bill this May for over $5,000 demanding payment and extension to contract for 3 yrs or they'll sue. We've been around a long time, and have never seen this kind of behavior from a business before. I tried to find a reasonable settlement, but Chris is demanding we pay him for another 3 yrs and reimburse for the 2 yrs he didn't service us. We do not recommend this company and believe you will be far better served elsewhere.
