I have been a member of Neopets since 2001 and never had a reason to dislike TNT. However, earlier this year my main was frozen for 'selling and/or buying neopoints' and TNT refused to hear my side of it. Apparently an item I was lent was the reason why they believed I was a 'cheater', but they didn't care to know if I was or not. I found when I sent tickets in under the reason I was frozen, then I'd only get automated messages. I finally chose something else and got a real person, but the second they saw that I was sent some item they immediately told me I broke the rules and they would not assist me any further. The fact that I had invested HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS and had millions of neopoints that I rarely ever used didn't matter to them. I pointed out that it made no sense for me to cheat, that I rarely ever use any of my neopoints, but they didn't care.
TNT refuses to put any trust into their users. They do not care if you have had a spotless reputation for a decade, spent tons of money on their site, etc; they will still freeze you. I have heard very few stories of people getting their account back for 'selling and/or buying neopoints' because TNT assumes that you are guilty no matter what. Who cares if it's a mistake? They can make tons of money off of everyone else.
