NetDragon is a horrible company.
Experiences with this company include, false advertising, coercion, banning of their online accounts of players who have done nothing to be banned, overpriced online product that is not in sync with their game or inflation, punishing/banning players for programming mistakes that they have created, dismal customer service.
That's only a few things to say about this company.
The only way that above such complaints are resolved is, if you buy DB's/Online points from them. Even then, they take weeks to resolve your complaints.
In no way is this a free online game to play, and eventually if you are a long term player they will force you through their coercive efforts to make purchases from them.
This business operates on the edge of criminality and needs to have regulations put in place, so it, and companies like this, cannot rob your children. As it stands now, there is no watchdog in place for such companies, and they have been bilking consumers for years. Its really a crime in itself that there is no regulating authority in place to oversee such questionable companies as NetDragon.
