I have been a customer with Netflix for about 2 years now. I have never had a problem with them. I have recommended it to several people and everybody that has listened to me agrees that they have great service. I own a Xbox 360 so I can watch as many movies as I want instantly with no extra costs and what movies they don't have available on there they are sent to my home. The shipping process is absolutely great and I have never had a problem with shipping. Netflix customer service is absolutely wonderful as well. I received a broken movie in the mail and reported it right away, the very next day I received the same movie, at no extra charges, and that was before I could even send back the broken movie. I highly recommend at least trying the free trial, then if you like it after that it only costs $15 dollars for 2 DVD's, and unlimited instant streaming movies.
