I returned to Carlsbad after being away for 14 years and purchased a home that needed a new roof. I looked for months for a roofer that I was comfortable with and finally took a risk with New Era Traditional Roofing based on a recommendation from an acquaintance. The risk paid off...Armando and his team did an awesome job. What was most important to me was that he called when he said he was going to call. He showed up when he said he was going to show up.
I highly recommend New Era Roofing. Their pricing was extremely competitive but the customer service was even better. I hope this review is helpful for you...I was happy to provide a positive review based on my experience with New Era Roofing.
