As the owner of No Bugs of course I’m going to say “ we’re great…not because we get rid off all you bugs…because sometimes the bugs win… sometimes they come back…what makes us great is I care about it! And if the bugs do come back I’ll be back too!!!”
Anyone can kill the bugs…but a great company is not one that never makes a mistakes. A GREAT company is a company who takes responsibility and does what they have to do to get the job done, when you want it done – it’s about ACCOUNTABLITY!
There's always one in a bunch" - out of over 400 satisfied customers occasionally there is one homeowner who tries to take advantage of others or who tries to get things for free…no matter what you do they'll never be satisfied unless their getting their own way. Even if they have to lie about it. We hold ourselves accountable, and do the job you hire us for, we simply expect our customers to do their part too… Everything we do and say is documented and yes a copy of your contract is e-mailed to you the next day, or we can leave you a copy.
We have plenty of referrals, simply ask us and we'll send them to you…
