WHEN IT COMES TO INSTALLING AND STANDING BEHIND THEIR WORK...DONT COUNT ON IT!!!
This transaction started like every other, I told them what I'm looking for, they offer some of their limited products I agree to go with what they had, it was new and good stuff, but they do not have a very wide selection...They started working on my car quickly! The installers working on my car were pretty nice as well, the plan was to have new speakers installed in my car all around...sides and the back, as well as install a new sub and amp for some bass, as well as install a Bluetooth unit that I provided that I removed from my other vehicle. The radio that has been in my car for the past 4 years is after market. When they said they were finished I check the work, to see if things were ok, the Bluetooth unit did not connect to my phone, for either incoming or out going calls. They said it was probably a cable connection, and gave me another cable, that they would install the next day. After I left I noticed that not only was the Bluetooth not working but NOW the speed odometer in my car was not working at all. I quickly called them and told them what was going on, they said bring it back tomorrow no problem they will look at it. I took it back the next day and after a couple of hours they told me there isn’t any more they can do. They told me that a controller unit in my car just so happen to "go out" as they completed their work. when I asked them how we were going to get it fixed they told me that then new part cost 75.00 from the dealer... this is after I paid them 600 for system that was all ready over priced!!! After having my car screwed up I was a bit annoyed , so I asked them to just remove all their parts and that I would like my money back.
THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE ME FOR REMOVAL, AND I WOULD NOT GET FULL PRICE ON THE ITEMS THAT I JUST PRUCHASSED FROM THEM! As I was leaving the guy was GOOGLING a 'how to" guide on how to install components in my car, and was trying to show me schematics!!!! Really? This problem should of been handled by the people that created it, now I have to try and get someone else to fix the Bluetooth, and the speed odometer in my car. I have taken it to Best buy and they flat out said we will not touch it, so basically I got screwed! So my advice to anyone considering this place for any work is, DONT GO HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR CAR!
