Quick to take your money and slow to refund.

Ordered the drops last week. NO drops and its been over a week. Said would deliver to street address, so I gave street address. Pull up tracking and "Not Found, no info". Called customer service, said was returned no one lives at address. I've lived here 15 years and hadn't moved. Asked for a refund. Was told would take 5-10 days. BS it did NOT take them 5-10 days to take it from my account. So NO product, and NO refund to order else where. Since they quit the next day shipping, which is not on the site, misleading as said ships same day. VERY disappointed! Used to be a good company to order from. I will find a better one now and hope to receive my refund some day soon.
