I purchased two pairs of glasses from this office and one pair was defective. When I tried to get the problem resolved they were awful. They told me I was covered under their warranty, but that I would have to pay a $20.00 shipping and handling fee for them to order the replacement glasses (despite the fact that this fee was no where in writing). The optical staff was very rude and unprofessional, and tried very hard to dismiss my complaints, even questioning why I wanted a copy of my own glasses prescription. Also, the manager refused to return my calls when I wanted to report these issues. I would never patron this place again.
