Out of Timeshare, Inc agreed to take my timeshare and I would never pay "any more fees." After 10 months, they reniged on the contract saying they would not honor their contract with me and they refunded my money. This is unacceptable as far as I am concerned. I am writing this review, filing a complaint with BBB of California and filing a complaint with the attorney general's office of california. Take no trust or faith in what they promise.
