Wow...HORRIBLE!
|
This company is by far the worst.
I was fooled, and good. This company does anything and everything to get you mad. The manager has no sense of what a being a "manager" truly is.. btw: that is to MANAGE!
She does everything to par, but fails to notify the tenants before going to the company to tattle-tale. She's good at it too.
They perform maintenance quick, but get this, if one's water, for example is failing, they shut off the whole apartment building's water, for a whole work day! So what if this is the day you have off?? Well you're screwed. Congrats. :) I had my water shut off for two days, over a maintenance that SHOULD have been repaired before i moved in.
They had to do something with the tub and apply this horrible solution that made my house smell like crazy. I had two pets, a dog and a cat, and could not stand the idea of leaving them in that wrenched apartment.
I told them that I had to go to an hotel for the time being since I could not put my pets at that risk. And they didn't even apologize for the inconvenience, since they only gave me a 24 hour notice before opening to repair my apartment.
They didn't offer to deduct those days from my rent, and yes those days happen to be on Friday and Saturday, no going out for me that weekend. ALSO, I was only notified of the non-usage of my tub by the private company's repairmen. Meaning...when the repairman came, he told me the apartment was not livable for the 48 hours to come.
Their maintenance, manager, nor office notified me about this. AND I was notified at the last minute, literally, when I left my house in order to let the repairmen do their work, they told me, "And you can't use the bathtub for 48 hours". ALSO, i had to leave my house from 1-8pm that FRIDAY, since that's when they decided to repair...ON A FRIDAY!!
They are beyond unsatisfactory!!!
They also lack communication, you can expect a letter on your door with information about a complaint against you, but hey, if you have a question for the manager, don't expect a response from her, she won't answer her door even when her lights are on.
The walls on these apartments are also paperthin. Once, my husband was mopping the floors, when the manager said this was our second warning and were going to be evicted at third. Hello, I never got this first warning.
Also, this may be sick. But true, I could hear the neighbors moan and groan at night, AND EVEN FART. The smell of weed wrenches at night, and also you can expect the homeless people sneaking into your apartment building and sleeping on your doormat. TRUE STORY!!! I used to live in #208 if you wanted or needed to know...
Ps: They are very rude too. VERY VERY rude.
PSS: Expect a surprise monthly payment of A.U.M. company in your mailbox of $56 per month, which there is not mention of it in your leasing contract. And when you call PAC to explain the company to you, they will give you the number to AUM so you can call for youself.
PSS: it's a third party contract that makes you pay an equal portion of all utilites with your neighbors, meaning if you're out of town for a week...YOU STILL PAY THE UTILITIES YOUR NEIGHBOR USE FOR THE TIME YOU'RE OUT.
PSSS: EXPECT AN ANNOYING........"HIII I AM CHERRI THE MANAGER"... FOR AT LEAST A YEAR.
