Went here for a problem with my Eye to see DR Krauss, was told I had Trochleitis and would need a series of steroid injections. Followed his order for home care after 1st injection and indeed e-mailed him in a week as instructed. When I told him about how bad my pain had become- he emailed me the following day directing me to a different Doctor. I was confused and called their office and the receptionist told me that if I was still having symptoms its best I not come in for follow up.
I was suprised as I didn't understand why he didn't want me to come in for a follow up appointment that was already on the books.
I was treated at The Gavin Herbert Eye Inst by Dr Bose who did a surgery and burned my conjunctiva and on a sub-sequent appt. injeceted a steroid.
What kind of a Doctor does a procedure and then does not desire to at least examine you again. It took me a long time to get my US record even though I had sent the formal request by Certified Mail. He'd sent me a letter(e-mail) that the image he took that day may not have been even stored. Since I had an appointment at the Gavin Herbert Inst I wanted the shot to take w/me. Anyway I finally got it but I had to threaten him with a smalls claims court proceeding- which then he sent me my US shot sometime later............
