My experience with Pampa Furniture in Pasadena was nothing short of pleasant and professional.
I visited the store in December 2010, my salesperson, Karina was friendly, professional and very helpful. I purchased the Structure sofa and chair as well as ordering a custom-size railroad coffee table; the custom-size quote I received by the owner was very reasonable. I called them a few days later to adjust the sizing for the coffee table, the person on the phone was friendly and professional. Before I left the store, I was given a furniture due date and business card for the delivery company they recommend. The delivery company was also professional and courteous while scheduling a date/time for my furniture delivery, they delivered my furniture when promised; the delivery guys were helpful while placing my furniture. I paid an $85.00 delivery charge and $65.00 removal fee for my sleeper sofa and over-sized chair. I did feel the delivery charge was a bit high and the removal fee was reasonable.
I love my furniture, it wears well and still looks amazing, I receive many compliments. I'm sorry to read so many poor reviews, this certainly was not my experience and I will be shopping at Pampa again.
