My husband and I signed up with this company in March 2010 and made 2 payments of $1100. They are a total scam company. They promised help with our loan mod with Chase. In Jan 2011 Chase finally offered a loan mod with higher payments then before because they never received any of the documents that AFLA claimed to have sent in. We have since begun the process all over again on our own with Chase. We can't reach anyone at AFLA nor does anyone ever return our multiple phone calls or emails. The one comment on here that these people helped them is probably written by one of their own employees. We made the mistake of referring them to a friend going thru the same thing as we were and they were also ripped off. No refund to date and still no contact. FREE LEGAL ADVICE: You can wait and do your own loan modification after being late 60 days on your mortgage payments. Your mortgage company won't tell you that - you can apply for a loan mod for FREE thru your mortgage company. DON'T PAY THESE RIP OFF ARTISTS!!!
