PaymentMax a nightmare for me

I cannot recommend this company. I only process cards seasonally, and after my first event, I have not been able to process cards. I have never been able to reach them for support and was not able to process cards at several events.
After iniital sign-up, they started charging me fees, even though I have not been able to process cards. One of the fees I believe was unauthorized as I never received notice, and they refuse to refund the fee they deducted from my bank account stating that it was according to their 30-day notice. Once they start auto deducting from your bank account, the only option is to close the account. I cannot recommend them. If giving a zero-star rating was an option, I would choose it! I will be filing complaints with all applicable governing bodies.
