I cannot recommend this company. I just started a small business and only process cards rarely (I've only had one sale). They state you can use your smart phone without a reader - just download the app. After the initial sign-up, they started charging me fees right away, and when I inquired I was told "well you ordered a terminal and you have to pay for that". When I told the rep I did not order one and I never received it she told me I had to email their company. I emailed the company about my concern then they sent me a closure form instead of trying to make things right. I sent the closure form back that same day and they said they would close my account once they receive the form. I emailed several times verifying they received my closure form but they never responded. Today I received a statement withdrawing a bunch of junk fees. If you think the fee to mobile process is only 1.59% from my experience that is not true - they charge more than that. I would give them a zero but that's not an option. I have already started filing complaints with all applicable governing bodies.
