I have had nothing but problems with this company. I placed an order for a laptop back in early October and it still has not come. I finally cancelled the order and they refused to allow me to return the wireless router and wireless printer that I ordered to accompany the laptop that they never sent. They have lied, left me on hold and hung up on me time and time again. I attempted to phone their administrative offices several times but never got an answer and their voicemail box was always full. All in all, the poorest customer service I have ever experienced and I will NEVER purchase anything from them again. Furthermore, I would highly recommend that any potential customers run in the other direction rather than purchase from them.
