I placed an order on February 11th 2008. It is currently the 26th of February and I have not received my order. The only things I have received from this company are 2 bottles of their 3X drug that I didnt even want.
Today I tried submitting an email to request further information about my order and had the email submission bounce back. This is very disconcerting since it was an online contact form and not me typing their email address into an address bar. I will be calling them in the morning to try and get more information.
I understand slow shipping, but I live in the same city as this company, Santa Barbara. If they cannot serve the locals here, how can they hope to be a good internet shop?
