My wife Janine and I have since made 3 separate investments with Pike Development 2 with the 18% program and 1 with the equity partnership, totalling $433K worth of investment dollars. We have been very happy in light of the results. We have since referred others and kept $100K in Pike Development to assist us with our retirement goals.
Pike Development also assisted my daughter with shortselling her house and move into a property she could afford.
Our only dissappointment is we would prefer more customer interaction as now the company works primarily online through online response forms.
