Terrible

My AC broke 8days ago they've been here 3times since and there's always an excuse on why they can't fix it. Finally they made an appointment and we're suppose to show up today i specifically told the guy to be here before 3 or the building wouldn't let
them in. I called the company when I saw they weren't showing up the company said they should be here by 3. They showed up at around 5:30 and since the office was closed and they couldn't get in they left. All in all terrible service extremely unprofessional.
