ZERO stars! Avoid doing business with this company like the plague!
I recently had the misfortune of calling them to fix my AC unit. I was charged for 2 hrs of labor on 1.5 hours of work, for 2.25 lbs of freon on a 29 oz capacity unit and for fixing a wire that the tech himself had broken! He was more than willing to give me an inflated price quote of $2850 on a new AC unit that I later found out after talking to a few people in the industry that was from a bad manufacturer. My unit had stopped blowing cold after only a few hours, so I put a stop payment on the check. After being given the runaround and playing phone tag with their customer service team a very rude service supervisor came a few days later to see the 'work' the first tech had done. This supervisor was supposed to have been there first thing in the morning, HA! At 9 am I called to inquire as to his whereabouts and finally at 10 am he showed up. He then tried to tell me that he was never informed that he was supposed to come that morning and that there was another problem (that conveniently happened thereafter) and that was the reason the AC unit was not working properly now. Seems to be too much of a coincidence to me given the other circumstances.... There are now 50 Better Business Bureau complaints against them so save yourself the hassle and do business with a more reputable company. I dont take kindly to being scammed and neither should you.
