Terrible Service - The President Shelie Xanthos hung up on me on the phone

I was asking questions about the reopening of our tennis courts (2 courts in a park) that are part of the Country Village Community Association in Laguna Niguel.
The President decided to close the courts based on no scientific data due to Covid-19. We still have to pay the dues but lost the main reason we pay for them: the tennis courts.
After calling the city of Laguna Niguel to understand whether it is illegal to play tennis, the city officials CLEARLY indicated that it is fine to play tennis (especially singles with a family member).
Unfortunately, Shelie Xanthos, the president of Prime Association Services didn't want to hear about it and hung up the phone on me. This is intolerable, really shoddy customer service. We never were sent a notice and it appears there was never any deliberation to close the tennis courts.
This is tyranny at its best. Horrible experience.
