10/25/10 I have been with ProPay since 2004, but this year I have had nothing but problems. The second transaction I made on a card for my husband, resulted in the money taken from his card and held in the "reserve" money. I have been emailing the company (6 times) since August and received one response asking me for more information, but have not heard anything back. No one has stated what the issue is, quoted anything in policy to me or just plain answered me. I tried calling the numbers on the site - they come back unavailable. Does anyone know what is going on with this company. Are they stealing money now, not responding to people and going to bail out soon!!
