ProCom has managed my shopping center for over three years. I honestly can tell you that they are very honest and expidient in getting the job done. Being a property owner is a hassle but since I began using them I have not had to deal with any nagging tenants or rent collection issues. My payments are made for me and I get a check at the end of the month for the net proceeds. If you are thinking of becoming a property owner I would defintly tell you to try them out.
