WRONG ITEM AND RETURN REFUSED BY COMPANY

The company sent me the wrong item and after multiple contacts including pictures to confirm the wrong item was sent, they refused my ability to return the item within 30 days against their policy. They are falsely advertising 30 day hassle free guarantee and refused to supply return authorization or return shipping label. Response indicated free return shipping was not stated anywhere on their website, though it is clearly indicated in their policies as well as a full refund when they send the wrong item.
