Some time back I got my 60K mile service for my car done there. I went to the shop to get the service because of a coupon. A standard practice in the service is to replace the spark plugs. First they refused to replace the spark plugs saying that it was not covered under the coupon, fair enough.
Then when I agreed to pay, they insisted on using some platinum tipped spark plugs when the manufacturer themselves had recommended either ceramic or platinum spark plugs.
