this is the worse insurance company

i had the worse experience with this insurance company i got a policy form them about two months ago and i specifically told them to take it out of my credit card and they didn't send me the paper work necessary we did do a confirmation over the phone to my understanding that would of been enough for the to the make the payments automatic but to my surprise the second month i received a cancellation notice i called and that's when i found out i had to sing an agreement for the payment to go through. when i called the lady got nasty with me i ask to speak to a supervisor and she said he was out for lunch to call back in an hour i waited i called again and the second person was twice as rude. and they didn't put me trough a supervisor. i called a third time an they told me that everything would be fine. here it is Saturday morning and i received a phone stating that they haven't received payment. i called and the same thing same argument same problem so i called my credit card and they tried to help me and also got a dead end. now im going to have to get a lawyer involved because i want my money back. THEY ARE THE WORSE COMPANY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY HOLE LIFE
