GREAT customer service

Several weeks back I ordered a Prodigy (from Leggett and Pratt) from Select Foam. I had asked them to hold it for a while until we were finished with some renovations. In the meantime I determined that the KIng size bed would in fact fit in our spare room
so we decided to go ahead and order the bed. We ordered bed from another place but in the meantime I called Juan and asked him to go ahead and order the bed adjustable frame and get it shipped, not realizing he would in turn have to order it from Leggett and
Pratt. A day after I had him order it I got a call saying that the BED would be delivered this week (EARLIER Than I was told) so I called Juan back and asked him what we could do to get a rush put on this. He did everything possible including paid extra out
of his profit to expedite the shipping on the frame. The frame was ordered on Monday and alreaDY SHIPPED and has been delivered… I am extremely happy with that service since these days customer service is pretty much non-existant with so many companies. He
could have just said, sorry this is the best we can do but he went the extra mile and I am a very happy customer.. Now to get the bed all set up and FINALLY get to sleep on it.
