Weeks of emails and phone calls being ignored to set up a return

I tried the Aurora and it just wasn't for me. I had been in touch with Chris Nelson about a return, and now that I have finally been able to meet the return criteria (provide your own box and pack it), no one will return my emails or phone calls to get the mattress picked up! I don't think people realize just how difficult that is in recycle-everything Vermont. It's close to impossible to find a mattress box big enough for a 17" thick queen sized mattress or that hasn't been instantly put into recycling upon opening - and trying to pack a mattress that weighs more than I do when I have a chronic illness has made the whole process difficult to say the least. But regardless, I finally was able to beg a box and get the mattress packed, and I've been emailing and calling Chris for two weeks now to find out when they'll send someone to pick it up and I'm being completely ignored! I just want to have this mattress out of my house (it takes up my whole dining room) and get my refund. Why is this so hard?!
