I had ordered 2 pair of shoes from skechers.com on monday for $3 each...from skechers official website. The order status was shown as "Processing" will Monday afternoon, I called customer care service to confirm the order details, though I had an email confirmation for the same. Customer care rep was rude saying "Order is canceled", I told her no email notification was sent to me....She said "They have the right to cancel any order"...and Later Monday evening got an email from skechers saying they canceled my order. Aren't they suppose to honor what's shown on there website....I would never recommend anyone to buy anything from there website, though they had great pair of shoes in store.
On the contrary my friend he went to Walmart, a PS3 FIFA 2012 was mistakenly was kept for 19.99, and they gave him that game for that price, though they knew its price is $60.00
Anyways I guess there's nothing we can do now, rt?
