I purchased the product for 99.99 but never received,called on 12/11/09 and spoke to James #4291 explained the situation they sent another one out (#9101148008600412406494) even though I said I did not need it because in the interim of all this I was able to stop smoking on my own.Recieved the new one on 1/29/10.I called and spoke to Filimina #42530 and was told to return it unopened,and I did.that was on 2/4/10.When I attempt to call I get cut off.To this date I have seen no refund.
