Not much to say other than Steve came in and did what he and his team promised they would. He was dedicated, efficient, and knowledgeable about our industry. He was able to introduce much needed accountability our reporting and sales process. I have actual confidence moving forward in our reporting and numbers. For the first time I feel like I will be able to make decisions based on concrete numbers and not just projection as in the past.
