Be very careful dealing with this company, ESPECIALLY before giving them a deposit for any system.
The owner, Chris Farley, makes a good first impression, and convinces people
that he has vast experience in the solar energy system field. In fact, his knowledge is somewhat thin. And if you discover this AFTER he sells you a system, and try to cancel the deal, he will NOT give you your deposit, even
though he promised (in writing) to do so.
Finally, although Chris claims to have installed 1000s of solar energy systems in the area, his company web site does not display a SINGLE example site installation, or list any references from satisfied customers. Possibly because there are none.

Two or us have had this happen: see the complaints filed on this
(Santa Barbara BBB) site.
Summary: there are several reputable and qualified Solar Energy contractors in the Tri-Counties area. I suggest that you use one of them, as we did, instead of the Solar Energy Company.
