Consumer Beware! Questionable price Switching Practices!
Burbank office (In the Burbank shopping Center ) practice are ethically questionable. They have your Px in front to run a proper quote. So there should be no reason to over look any charges. I was called recently by adverse rep from Stein Rep basically saying pay $290.00 plus amount for a high astigmatism lab charge or nothing , no apology for the mistake she made, and made seem like it was my fault for having poor vision!
Try to resolve issue with office Manager and cost of the so called high Astigmatism lab charge went up an extra $ 100.00. Even though she did confirmed her Reps mistake they did not waive their charges but made it seem that bring cost down to $201.00 was favor to me , keep in mind that I already paid them for service for the amount $330.00!
Reviewed Case with my Insurance provider and the Extra charges might questionable.
