I found the website and ordered a 150cc scooter with my credit card on Friday October 8, 2010.(that was the good thing)I then waited the appropriate time for the order to be processed, which on there web site said 24 to 48 business hours to ship. Now Wednesday comes along and no tracking # e-mailed to me. So I call. Customer no service first answers the phone with a helpful voice. They then direct me to Shipping. As I am waiting for 30 to 45 min on hold for shipping they finely answer. The reply verbatim "The scooter has not shipped out yet, it will ship out tonight. Call us back for the tracking number tomorrow." Thursday same thing, Friday same thing, Monday same thing, but this is when I was getting mad. The lady on the other end of the line told me rudely that they will give me back my money. I paid $866.00 for the scooter and they were only going to give me back $807.00. Luckily I used my credit card. I called the credit card company to dispute for my money back in full. They accepted my dispute.
All I say is "BUYER BE WARE". I am happy I didn't go further with this business. They should have been kissing my back side for the sale the way this Economy is.
