I ordered a simple part and was shipped the wrong item. One item on the order and they get it wrong. From the reviews I have seen, this is a common problem. Routinely sending out the wrong part seems like it is more than just negligence. Submitted RMA request online. After five days I tried calling and all I got was the automated system telling me to wait. Waited three more days and filed BBB complaint. I will wait three more days then file a complaint with the Attorney General. Stay away from this company.
