I do not suggest that a person use this company, Sunvalleytek aka www.HooToo.com aka www.papatek.com if you do you may not receive what you order and might be charged twice because of it. Almost a month ago I ordered a Toshiba Satellite P305D Keyboard, I never received it so I started calling and emailing them. No reply until today when I finally got a hold of someone and they told me that I had my order cancelled and the money was returned. Well I didn't cancel the order, if I had shouldn't they of sent me something saying I did? also they could not of returned the money because I canceled the card I used because they charged me twice. I don't believe that this company should be part of the BBB.
