On October 17, I signed a contract with "Superior Mobile Services. The contract states the following:
Install 14 Perimeter Piers
Complete Mainframe adjustment
1)reset marriage line
2)reset all leveling piers
3)Tighten all lag bolts
4)Relevel home
5)5 month reajustment
6)re-set walls
Job to be done on 25th or 27th of October
When his worker showed up, he was only prepared to install perimeter piers. I saw his work order and he was shocked to see my contract. He had no clue as to the scope of the work to be performed.
I had to call for a month to get another kid out to relevel my home. He had little experience and I'm sure that my home was more out of level after, than before the work.
NONE of the other work was performed.
The owner and license holder (Ron Coleman) never checked on the work performed by the "kids" he hired.
We ended up paying $1980 for 14 perimeter piers, and a bad re-level.
The problem I originally called him for still exists to this day (bulging paneling, and sagging walls).
Be warned; this man does not honor his contracts.
The only positive experience was that Ron Coleman's worker arrived on the day specified, and did install perimeter piers.
