I refinanced my home with Gibran Suffy from Supreme Lending and was so impressed with his outstanding customer service that I had to write a review. Mr. Suffy is experienced, knowledgeable and professional. He explored different refinancing options with us, and was always very realistic with the outcome giving us both the positive and negative of the loan. Mr. Suffy was able to get us the best loan option available. What I loved about him is that my husband and I did not feel pressure of having to refinance with him when he presented the different options available, but instead we chose to refinance with him because we felt he had our best interests at heart. He was extremely organized and responsive- always getting back to us in a timely manner and always letting me know what to expect. In fact, I called him months after our refinance was done with, when I needed a document for tax purposes and he got me my document via email within 10 minutes of the call. Mr. Suffy cares about his clients even after the close of escrow and because of his exceptional customer service he has made a lifetime client with us so I had to highly recommend him to others!
