I was sold leads that were said to have come from a mailing survey in which people were asked to reply with different financial needs that they had (either financial planning as a whole, annuities, or life insurance), these leads were said to be exclusive and fresh. Out of those leads, I have had mostly fax machine numbers; people who said they never heard of the survey; and people who said not to call them any more. THE LEADS ARE GARBAGE! I took notes on the phone call as it pertained to each of the 150 leads I purchased. When I confronted Anthony Chavez at SRC leads about this, he "backtracked" and tried to distance himself from any wrongdoing, and contradicted previous promises he had made to me about the quality of the leads. When I called Theresa Bridges (twice) asking for a refund, I never heard back from her. SRC leads' sales team, and company as a whole is very misleading and dishonest. I will also be filing a complaint with the State of Washington's consumer protection division about their practices as I was solicited by SRC leads, and I'm a resident of Washington state.
