DONT' RISK YOUR MONEY -as a previous reviewer said, hard to return shoes that don't fit and get your money back... I was promised a full refund then told I would only get a store credit... I was actually keeping two pairs of shoes that fit and was trying to return the two pairs of the same styles that didn't fit... and got the worst customer service run-around I have had in years from "Mike H." I asked to speak to a manager and he told me "they're all out." I asked him to have a manager return my call when one returned and he told me "they can't do that." I asked him if the managers were physically unable to dial a phone for some reason and he just kept repeating "they can't do that."
As far as the shoes I did keep go, they are uncomfortable and appear poorly made... sort of like Walmart type made in China shoes.
STAY AWAY. They claim they offer free exchange shipping and 100% satisfaction guarantee but there is a lot of fine print and the reality appears to be, once they got your money, they're not giving it back.
