Placed an order for a HP Storageworks Ultrium 448. Received in a timely manner but from there things went down hill. Face plate would pop off and had to hound them to send a replacement. The unit died after only about a month and I have been trying to get a replacement or refund for close to two months now. When they do respond to e-mail (which is very rare) it's the typical "We've been really busy. We'll send it out tomorrow" HA!
And to top it off, I sent them my original old unit and they said they'd give me $50 for it. "Checks in the mail" is the only thing I've gotten so far. If I could give them ZERO stars I would.
