Tayani Eye Institute has taken many steps to make our patients experience top notch. We have created a position specially aimed to patient satisfaction and customer service our Patient Liaison that is available 24hrs a day to help any urgent issues or just help get answers on pending questions. Both our physicians are also available after hours by calling our main number and following the prompts for the physician on call. Although we try to resolve all issues and questions during business hours we understand our patients aren't always available 9-5pm. We hope you will think of Tayani Eye when you have eye care needs and we look forward to meeting and servicing you and your family. Thank you!
