Thieves

Telehispanic services are thieves. I signed up in 2009 with a monthly charge of 19.95, suddenly in March of this year they deducted $21.95 without sending me any correspondence on the proposed change of price. I cancelled on 4/24/2012 and they went into my account on 4/26/2012 and deducted $21.95 again for the month of May even though I cancelled services. I called the company today and I waited for approximately 19 minutes for someone who speaks English to answer the phone. The English customer service representative answered and told me to call back within half of an hour because the call was directed to her cell phone. I explained to her that I waited 19 minutes to hear that I have to call back in the next thirty minutes. Her response was "I cannot do anything about that" and hung up. I am begging everyone NOT to sign up with Telehispanic Services. The calls constantly dropped and sometimes no service for days. They are THIEVES!!!!!! I will be blogging this story on every webpage including Twitter today.
