I don't understand how all these bad reviews are being written about such an amazing place such as The Bark Park. I've brought my dog there for a tour and was met smiling faces and happy dogs! Everyone was amazing! Every question I asked was answered and all my concerns were addressed. These people all seem to love their jobs and love dogs. I watched the video feed and called a million times and they were always polite and told me I could call back whenever I needed to. I have to admit that the place was having some upgrades done to the building but that didn't deter me at all. My baby had so much fun that day ( I know she did b/c I watched her!) that I bring her three times a week still!! For all of you that reviewed the Bark Park and didn't like it then take your dog to a place with 'runs' and where they cage your dog all day! Those other places might TELL you they have an overnight manager but they DON'T!!!!
