I ordered parts online for 2 cars. Headlights and window regulator. Website said parts in stock and shipment within 24 hours. 6 days later, no parts, no tracking numbers or info, can't get anyone to answer the phone. Spent 30 minutes on the phone. The first 5 trys got busy signal. The next was on hold for 15 minutes, no one answered. Next I emailed questions about my order. 1 day later, no reply.
Are you sure this is a legitimate company?
