Almost two weeks ago, I purchased some Jabra BT8010 stereo bluetooth headphones. A few days after the purchase, I received a phone call that they did not offer this (they left me a voice mail). I tried to call them three times last week and left them messages every time... NO ONE HAS CALLED BACK. And, I have not been issue a refund.
How much worse customer service could you have!? As soon as they couldn't fulfill the order, they should have issued a refund!
UPDATE: I received a call today from Thrift Computer. They issued me a refund for the original purchase and since this was their fault, they also sent me a similar Bluetooth headset at no charge. From my standpoint, this issue is closed... however, I am not sure if I'd do business with them again.
