I used to order from TigerDirect all the time without any problems. I have now found the wonderful light of God that is Newegg so I don't order from TigerDirect often but I have never had any problems with them. Their products, packaging, and shipping have all been on par. The only problem I've noticed is that their webpage can be a bit clunky which makes browsing slightly more difficult than others; however transactions have worked fine. I have never had to deal with a defective product nor their customer services reps for any reason so I am unaware of their services in that respect.
