I bought an Airsoft gun from this company. About a week later I opened up the package they sent me and it was not the right one I purchased. It took over a week to finally get a return address from the company for me to ship the product back to. I shipped it through UPS the following day, and I also tracked it to make sure it got to the right address. Several days later, UPS informed me that there was no one able to pick up the package. I filed a complaint and Titan Imports told me to ship it to them through FedEx. I did, and after another week, there was still no one able to pick up the package. Avoid this business if you can, they have horrible customer service, (they never ever pick up their phone), and they take usually 3+ days to get back to you by email. Avoid this company and buy your goods elsewhere if possible.
