Since Oct 2010, we continue to be billed maintenance fees from the Williamsburg timeshare that we essentially paid Transfer on the Spot to take. A real giveaway. That was my foolish decision. However, Transfer on the Spot never recorded the transfer of
the deed. They claimed after multiple phone calls and letters and even my reporting to the NC State Attorney General that the problem was with the title company! This appears from other postings to be their escape statement. At each billings, I am told by
TOS to send them the bill and they will take care of it. They have paid it so far. My issue is why do I have to be bothered with this each time? The records at Williamsburg still have my name so until TOS records the deed as they should have in the first place,
I will continue getting the bill.
